The broadcasting and televising repertoire scrutiny system is an equipment which use the advanced speech recognition technology to monitor broadcasting and TV repertoire. The scrutiny system is a whole automatic and intellectualized scrutiny system. The function, structure and development of intenlal and overseas broadcasting and televising scrutiny system are introduced and compared in the paper.
