摘要
采用RT-PCR及原位杂交观察糖尿病大鼠心肌肾上腺髓质素(ADM)表达水平及依那普利的干预作用。发现糖尿病大鼠心肌ADM表达增强,依那普利减低其表达。ADM在糖尿病心肌病变的发生中可能发挥重要作用。
RT-PCR and in situ hybridization (ISH) were performed to observe the myocardial adrenomedullin (ADM) and its mRNA expression level and the therapeutic effect of enalapril treat ment in STZ induced diabetic rats. Results indicated that the myocardial ADM expression level increased in diabetic rats and enalapril intervention could reverse this process, suggesting that ADM may play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic eardiomyopathy.
