摘要
石嘴山一矿+600 m轨道巷处于复杂应力环境中,其合理的支护形式及参数的确定值得深入分析.为了给现场锚杆支护参数的设计提供理论依据,采用有限元软件ANSYS对该轨道巷锚杆的支护参数进行研究.在研究中摒弃了目前大多以应力-应变为分析对象的做法,从模型的不同映射路径入手,分析了巷道发生塑性破坏的区域,划分了巷道周边的安全系数等级.数值计算结果与现场监测信息表明,巷道底部和角部是破坏程度相对较大的区域,将数值模拟结果应用于施工能够取得良好的支护效果.
The track tunnel at the level of +600 m in Shizuishan No. 1 coal mine has a complex stress condition. Therefore, reasonable supporting form and support parameters were worthy of studying. Bolt parameters of the track tunnel were simulated by using the finite software ANSYS in order to provide a theoretical basis for designing support parameters. In this paper, the prevailing method of regarding stress-strain as analysis object at present was spurned. However, the zone of plastic failure around the roadway was analyzed through different mapped paths of model and the safety factor level around the roadway was partitioned. The numerical simulation and in-situ monitor data show that the more severely broken areas are at the bottom and corner of roadways. Good support effect can be achieved after applying the result of numerical simulation to in-situ construction.
