摘要
陕西国华锦界煤电一体化项目电厂基建工程管理信息系统是对电力建设施工管理的新的尝试。它由计划管理、财务管理、物资管理、工程管理4个子系统组成,主要功能包括工程安全、工程质量、工程技术和工程档案等4个方面的管理。通过该系统的实施证明它有多项优点,能全面提升工程管理水平。但它目前尚未能与工程进度管理P3软件接口和没有数字签名是其不足之处。
The engineering management information system for the Shaanxi Guohua Jinjie project is a new trial method in construction management of power construction. The system consists of 4 sub-systems, including management of planning, financing, goods and material, engineering. Its main functions cover engineering safety, quality, technique and filing. Its practice in the project indicates that it is of many advantages and capable to improve the engineering management level. But it is also of disadvantages up to now, that it has no interface to the software P3 for engineering schedule management and no digital signature.
