摘要
采用HPLC法测定了白花丹10批样品。色谱条件:Krosm asil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-水梯度洗脱,检测波长270 nm,流速1 mL/m in,柱温30℃。以主成分分析法除去离异样品后,建立了白花丹药材HPLC标准指纹图谱。建立白花丹的HPLC标准指纹图谱,为科学评价白花丹药材质量提供了新方法。
HPLC (high performance liquid chronmtography ) was used to analyze 10 batehes of Plumbago zeylaniea 1,. samples from Guangxi and Yunnan provinces. The ItPLC fingerprict separation was performed on a Krosmatsil C18 analytical column gradient eluted with methanol - water at a flow rate of 1mL/min. The temperature of the column was set at 30℃ and the UV detection wavelength was 270 nm. The deviant samples were removed with principal cnmponenl analysis and the standard HPLC fingerprints for P. zeylanica were set up.
