基质细胞衍生因子-1与糖尿病视网膜病变 被引量:2

摘要 基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)与其特异性受体CXCR4构成的SDF-1/CXCR4轴具有广泛的生物学活性。对糖尿病视网膜病变的新近研究发现,循环中的造血干细胞及血管内皮祖细胞(EPC)在血管新生中起重要作用。视网膜缺血缺氧可引起缺氧诱导因子-1的增加,继而引起SDF-1表达上调。SDF-1与血管内皮生长因子及黏附分子等关系密切,还可破坏血-视网膜屏障,促进EPC在缺血缺氧的视网膜上产生新生血管,在糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制中扮演重要的角色。
