摘要
烟大铁路轮渡项目是一个集铁路、港口、渡船、栈桥、海上安监于一体的系统工程。建设单位强化管理,全面实现了质量、工期、投资、安全、环保“五控制”的目标。项目建设坚持技术创新,在客货滚装渡船上第一次采用了第三代电力推进系统,铁路栈桥采用了技术成熟的“一对五”滑动道岔技术,主要技术装备跨入世界先进行列。选用适用的施工工艺,解决了因海况复杂可能对工期造成的影响,保证了工程质量;制定了确保渡船安全运行的14条措施;强化“以人为本”理念,为旅客提供人性化的服务设施。
Yantai-Dalian Train Ferry Project is a systematic project integrated with railway, ports, ferries, trestle bridges, and marine safety supervision. Through intensifying management, the construction unit achieves targets on quality, work period, investment, safety and environmental production control. Technology innovation is insisted on during construction; power propulsion system of third generation is first used on roll-on-roll-off ferries; and “one to five” slide turnout technology is adopted on railway trestle bridge. Proper construction techniques are chosen to avoid the sea conditions’ influence to work period. And meanwhile, people-oriented service is provided.
