摘要
沥青胶浆是沥青混合料的重要组成部分,主要成分为沥青、矿粉和添加剂,但关于添加剂能否有效提高沥青胶浆的性能的研究并不多。选取3种不同的添加剂,包括矿物纤维、法国PR plast module添加剂、德国duroflex添加剂,采用新型的研究型动态剪切流变仪Advanced Rheometer(AR),根据superpave的沥青结合料规范来对沥青、沥青胶浆以及掺加添加剂的沥青胶浆进行评价,并探讨了不同添加剂的改性机理。试验结果表明:所采用的几种添加剂均能明显改善沥青胶浆的性能,但是由于不同添加剂的改性机理不同,其改性效果也不同,在相同的掺量下,德国添加剂和法国添加剂的改性效果明显优于矿物纤维。
Asphalt cement is an important part of the asphalt mixture, which is mixed by mineral filler, cement and additive, but there few researches on how can these additives improve the properties of asphalt cement effectively. Three kinds of additives are choosed, including mineral fiber, French PR plast module additives and German duroflex additives, and a new type of dynamic shear rheometer Advanced Rheometer (AR) is used to appraise the effect according to the Asphalt Binder' s criterion of superpave, and discuss the different modified elements by different additives.The result indicates that these additives can improve the properties of the asphalt cement, but the modification effects are different because of different modified elements, the modification effects of French PR plast module additives and German duroflex additives are better than that of mineral,
