摘要
为了改善Mg-A l-Mn合金的常温性能,作者在挤压铸造条件下研究了铝、锌含量及固溶时效处理对AM60B合金的组织及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,材料的抗拉强度随铝含量的增加而提高,屈服强度变化不大,但延伸率急剧下降;随着锌含量的增加,抗拉强度、延伸率均呈下降趋势,屈服强度略有提高。固溶时效使γ-Mg17A l12相呈粒状和片状存在于原晶界、并弥散分布于晶内,抗拉强度得到提高,延伸率得到改善,但合金的屈服强度变化不大。
Effects of Al, Zn additions and T61 heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of squeeze cast AM magnesium alloy are investigated in the present study. The results indicate that, with the increase of Al concentration, the ultimate tensile strength of AM Mg alloy increases while the elongation decreases dramatically. With the increase of Zn concentration, the ultimate tensile strength and elongation of the alloy decrease, while the yield strength is improved slightly. T61 heat treatment changes the morphology of γ/-Mg17Al12 into nodular and short plates at grain boundary and fine precipitation within the grain, which consequently improves the ultimate strength and elongation, but remains the yielding strength unchanged.
