摘要
利用图像分析仪通过对透射光镜图像的处理,同时引入个数平均粒径、体积平均粒径及粒径分布宽度等参数,建立了PVC颗粒粒径大小及分布的表征方法,方法的重复性较好。利用这种方法对不同生产厂家的两个PVC样品的粒径大小及分布进行了比较。
Handling the transmission speculum image with image analyzer, and simultaneously introducing such parameters as number average particle diameter, volume average particle diameter and particle diameter distribution width to build up the method characterizing PVC particle diameter size and its distribution. Repeatability of the method is good, and a comparison was made with the method to compare the particle diameter size and distribution of two PVC samples from different manufacturers.
