神经生长因子受体在垂体泌乳素腺瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤生物学特点的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨垂体泌乳素腺瘤中神经生长因子受体(NGFR)及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达与其生物学特性之间的相关性。方法应用免疫组化方法检测38例泌乳素腺瘤中两种NGFR(TrKA和P75-NGFR)及PCNA的表达情况,并根据肿瘤的侵袭性、对多巴胺受体激动剂敏感性、患者的性别、血清泌乳素水平、肿瘤大小进行分类。结果p75-NGFR的表达在侵袭性垂体腺瘤、高泌乳素水平、大腺瘤、多巴胺受体激动剂耐受的垂体腺瘤中的表达明显要低于非侵袭性垂体腺瘤、低泌乳素水平、小腺瘤、多巴胺受体激动剂敏感的垂体腺瘤,而PCNA表达则明显要高,两者在各组中比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),而TrkA的表达在各组间没有明显差异;男性泌乳素腺瘤PCNA表达明显要高于女性(P<0.05),而p75-NGFR及TrkA的表达在男性与女性泌乳素腺瘤之间没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论p75-NGFR表达水平能间接反映垂体泌乳素腺瘤的增殖活性及对多巴胺受体激动剂的敏感性。 Objective To explore the relationship of the expressions of nerve growth factor receptor (NGFR) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) with the biological characters in prolactinoma. Methods The expressions of NGFRs(TrKA 和 p75-NGFR), and PCNA in 38 cases of pituitary prolactinoma were detected by immunohistochemical techniques. The relationship of NGFRs expression with the tumor invasiveness, tumor volume, patients' gender, the serum level of prolactin and the sensitivity to the dopamine receptor agonist was analyzed. Results The expression of p75-NGFR was significantly lower and that of PCNA was significantly higher in invasive prolactinoma, the tumor with high level of prolactin secretion, the macroadenomas and the dopamine receptor agonist-resistant tumor than those in the ooninvasive tumor, the tumor with low level of prolactin secretion, the microadenomas and the dopamine receptor agonist-seasitive tumor (P〈0.05). There was insignificantly difference in the expression of TrkA among these groups (P〉0.05). The expression of PCNA in the male patients with prolactinomas was significantly higher than that in the female patients with prolactinomas (P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of p75-NGFR can indirectly reflect the proliferative activity and the sensitivity of the tumor to dopamine agonist.
