电缆用铅防护套管的显微组织

摘要 应用ICP-MS法测定了电缆用铅防护套管的化学成分,使用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对铅防护套管的微观组织、基体中析出相的形态,大小和分布及其基体中析出相的化学成分进行了观察和分析。研究结果表明,在电缆用铅防护套管基体中有孪晶组织存在,添加铜和锑元素后存在偏析现象,在基体的晶粒内部及晶界有细小均匀的Cu2Sb析出相。 In this paper, the chemical compositions of lead alloy made as a cable protection pipe were analyzed by using ICP-MS technique. The microstructures were observed by using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. Experimental results indicated that segregation of doped elements coppor and antimony exist in the lead alloy pipe. Twin has been observed inside the grain of the cable protection pipe. Fine precipitates of Cu2Sb were observed in the grain and grain boundary.
