摘要 阿南油田为低渗透砂岩油藏,油层物性差,层间矛盾突出,油田受“双高”注水、断层导水因素的影响部分水井相继发生了套管变形,经40臂井径仪测试,套变井套管最小通径100—122mm,普通Ф114mm的封隔器无法坐验封,影响了分注工艺的实施。为改善层间矛盾,提高开发效果,研制出K341—95型扩张式水力密闭小直径封隔器、KHD-92型空心配水器、投捞器等分注工具,现场实施投捞成功率100%,测试成功率100%。 A'nan oilfield is a low permeability sandstone oil reservoir with bad reservoir physical properties and serious conflict between formations. Some water wells have casing deformation. The minimum drift diameter of these casing deformation wells is 100~ 122 mm by forty-arm caliper and ordinary 114mm packer couldn't set or seal, which affects the implementation of separate layer water injection. To better the conflict between formations and improve development effects, the following instruments for separate layer water injection was developed, such as K341-95 type inflatable hydraulic small diameter packer, KHD-92 type hollow water regulator as well as pulling and running tools. The field application of this technology has 100% pulling and running success ratio and 100% test success ratio.
