中药新药桑菊感冒冲剂中连翘苷的测定 被引量:4

摘要 利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对中药新药桑菊感冒冲剂中有效成分(以连翘苷计)进行了测定,并对线性关系、稳定性、精密度、重现性和加标回收率进行了试验。结果显示,在8.4—42.0μg/mL范围内,对照品量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。4h内测定基本不变,RSD为0.43%。重复进样5次,峰面积测定值的RSD为0.077%。5次样品测定的RSD为1.1%。平均加标回收率为97.5%.RSD为1.6%。可用于桑菊感冒冲剂的质量控制。 Forsythin in a new type of Chinese medicine was detenninted by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Also, the linearity, stability, precision, reproducibility and recovery were tested. From the results, the following conclusions could be drawn. There existed a perfect linearity between the concentration and area within 8.4 - 42.0 μg/mL. Good stability of the sample solution could be achieved at least four hours, and the Relative Standard Deviation (RSD) was 0.43%. The area RSD of five injections was 0.077%. The concentration of the same sample was determinated five times. The result RSD was 1.1%. Average sample recovery was 97.5 %. So this method could be used as quality control for this type of medicine.
