摘要
针对多雷区送电线路特点,对玻璃、复合两种绝缘子的特性、参数进行对比,得出,110kV线路玻璃绝缘子的耐雷水平是复合绝缘子的138%,220kV线路为132%;110kV线路玻璃绝缘子的有效泄漏比距是复合绝缘子的116%,220kV线路为117%。并提出了在多雷区送电线路上,应选择玻璃防污绝缘子,既提高了线路的耐雷水平,又兼顾了绝缘子耐污水平,从而降低了送电线路雷击跳闸率和运行维护成本;对粉尘污染严重段,采用了复合绝缘子与玻璃绝缘子组合,排除了高压端芯棒易受损脆断的隐患。
Taking aim at features of transmission lines in thunderous regions, a comparison of performance and parameters between glass and composite insulators was made. It was shown that the lightning withstand voltage level is 138% of that of composite insulator for 110 kV and 132% for 220 kV. The effective specific leakage of 110 kV glass insulator is 116% of that of composite insulator, and 117% for 220 kV class. It is pointed out that selection of anti-pollution glass insulators for transmission lines in thunderous regions may enhance the lightning surge withstand level taking proper consideration also for anti-pollution performance which leads to reduction of lightning trip-out rate of line and the maintenance costs. In severe dusty-polluted region, solution of combinative application of composite and glass insulators can eliminate the hidden trouble of brittle failure of FRP core at HV end.
