摘要
研制了一套基于Labview图形化语言编程的氧化锌电阻片交流加速老化试验系统。该系统适于额定电压10kV以下金属氧化物避雷器比例单元、氧化锌电阻片的交流加速老化试验。设备采用独立的三组9路试验回路,满足三组不同规格的试品同时进行试验。虚拟仪器测控系统由计算机、采集卡、可编程控制器和温控仪构成,可以方便地对试验各参数进行实时观测记录、试验参数设定、试验数据处理、试验曲线分析和打印;也可以在无人值守下进行定时自动巡检,并对测量数据进行自动记录与存储。通过系统校验结果可知,整个测量系统电压测量误差小于±1%,考虑标准电阻阻值变化引起的误差,阻性电流峰值测量误差小于±1.5%,功耗测量误差小于±1.5%。证明该系统完全能达到预期的设计要求。
This article introduces the design process of ZnO varistor automatic ageing test system based on virtual instrument and Labview. It can be used ageing test of MOA varistor and prorated units of 10 kV and below. Test device consists of 9 test branches of 3 groups, capable to carryout simultaneous test on 3 groups of different specimen. The virtual instrument is consist of computer, data acquisition card, program logic controlled (PLC) and temperature controlled instrument, which can set test parameter, record test data, analyze and print test curve conveniently; and also can automatic work with nommenned duty and save the test data. Through all system adjustment, the measuring tolerance of voltage is less than ±1%, the measuring tolerance of resistive current and power losses is less than ±1.5%. it is proved that this system can fulfill the expected design.
