The Comparison of Dormitory Interpersonal Relationship between Identical Specialty and Mix Specialty.

摘要 目的探讨同一专业与混合专业成员宿舍人际关系的差异。以及宿舍人际关系与人格间的关系。方法本研究采用自编问卷.对157名三年级大学生进行测试。结果①女性(2.185±0.55)在侵扰与摩擦维度上得分显着高于男生(1.97±0.47)。②在侵扰与摩擦.矛盾与对立两个维度上,不同专业男生(2.08±0.51.1.37±0.43)得分显着高于相同专业男生(1.86±0.38.1.22±0.31)。②人格维度中的宜人性(-0.384)、神经质(-0.166)与宿舍人际关系存在显着相关;男生宿舍人际关系与宜人性(-0.491)、责任感显着相关(-0.318),女生宿舍人际关系与宜人性(0.294)存在显着相关。结论我校的宿舍改车措施对女生宿舍人际关系没有显着影响.对男生宿舍人际关系有消极影响。 Objective To discuss the difference of dormitory interpersonal relationship between the identical spcilty and mix specialty, as well as the relations between dormitory'interpersonal relationship and personality. Methods specialty and A questionnaire for college students dormitory Interpersonal relationship was applied to 157 college students of grade 3. Results (1)In the dimension of the invasion with friction, the female student's scores(2.18±0.55) are remarkably higher than the male's (1. 97±0. 47), (2)In the dimensions of the invasion with friction, contradiction with opposes, the mix specialized male students' scores (2. 08±0. 51, 1.37±0.43) are remarkably higher than the identical specialized male students(1.86±0.38, 1.2±0. 31 ), (3)The dormitory interpersonal relationship has remarkable correlation with the personality dimensions of agreeableness (-0. 384 ) and neuroticism(-0. 166); the male student dormitory interpersonal relationship has remarkable correlation with the agreeableness (-0, 491) and conscientiousness (-0, 318); the female student dormitory interpersonal relationship has remarkable correbltion with agreeableness (-0. 294). Conclusion The reform of out college which applied on dormi tory has no remarkable effect on the female's interpersonal relationship, but has negative effect on the male's.
