摘要
在介绍液态模锻和液态挤压两种新工艺的基础上,给出了ZA27合金的实验数值及各种性能指标均大幅度提高的结果,并由此分析了其强韧化机理。阐明液态模锻使液态金在压力下结晶,导致材料的致密度提高,发生固溶强化和沉淀强化,液态挤压则是在压力下结晶强化的基础上对材料再进行变形强化,从而导致双重强韧化的机理。
Based on the introdu tion to the two kinds of new technology,liquid metal forging and liquid metal extrusion.the results have been given out that the properties of ZA27 alloy are enormously improved by the processes,and the strengthening mechanism has been analyzed in the paper,For the liquid metal forging process, it is because the liquid metal is crystallized under the high pres ure,which leads to a multiple effect including the densification of materials,and solution and precipitation strengthening.For the liquid metal extrusion process,the materials are strengthened not only by the crystallizsyion under pressure,but al o by large deformation,that is,the process possesses a dual strengthening effect.
