摘要
研究了结构中非金属件自然老化时的备件数问题。基于反应论模型,考虑环境温度波动,研究了贮存条件下非金属件的老化规律,并应用Monte-Carlo仿真获得了非金属件的老化寿命分布。在此基础上,根据可靠性分析方法,建立了失效更换情况下可更换非金属件的最佳备件数模型,所得模型可以应用于非金属件备件数的理论预估。
The optimal numbers of spare parts for nonmetal parts under storage ageing is studied. On the basis of ageing reaction model, ageing law of nonmetal materials is discussed with consideration of environment temperature fluctuating. Monte-Carlo Method is used to determine the distribution of the ageing life. Thereby, Quantities model of spare parts is studied with reliability method according to invalidation replacing, which can be used as references for deciding the quantities of spare parts.
