机械镀Zn-Al复合镀层的性能 被引量:7

摘要 利用体视显微镜、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜观察分析了机械镀Zn-Al复合镀层的表面形貌和断口结构,对其孔隙率、结合强度、耐腐蚀性等性能进行检测,并分析添加铝对镀层性能的影响。结果表明:机械镀Zn-Al复合镀层是一种综合性能优良的防护镀层,比机械镀锌层外观更为均匀光滑,无贯穿性孔隙,抗冲击破坏能力和耐腐蚀性均优于机械镀锌层。 Surface morphology and structure of fracture surface of mechanical Zn-Al plating were studied using stereomicroscopy, metalloscopy and scanning electronic microscopy. The porosity, bonding strength and corrosion resistance were detected and the influence of adding Al on its cladding performance was analyzed. Mechanical Zn-Al plating was a kind of protection film with fine integral performance, smoother than mechanical galvanizing layer, without porosity, with high impact resistance and it's corrosion resistance was better than that of galvanizing layer.
