摘要
通过对一种靶机红外目标模拟装置的研究,介绍了这种装置的设计特点、参数选择和试验结果。该装置以固体燃料作为燃烧剂,其红外辐射强度主要决定于燃料的组分、工作温度、辐射体的材料以及辐射体的面积,而工作温度的选取是设计的关键。文中提出一种实用而简便的综合分析方法,根据装置所需要的红外辐射强度来预计其工作温度与结构尺寸,据此设计的装置实物经红外辐射特性测定后证明能满足预定指标要求。本文陈述的这种方法已被用于某靶机红外目标模拟装置的设计,并取得实际应用成果。
Based on a research into an infrared object simulator of a type of target plane,the article discusses the design characteristics,the parameter choice and the test results.The simulator uses solid propellent as its fuel,its intensity of IR radiation depending on the fuel composition,work temperature,radiation body material and its size with the determination of work temperature as the key of design.The article presents an integrative,easy to apply method of analysis by which the work temperature and the structure size can be pre calculated in accordance with the IR radiation intensity as required by the simulator.The actual simulator designed in this way has proved to satisfy the pre set requirements after taking an examination of the characteristics of the IR radiation.The method as stated in the paper has been applied to the designing of a certain IR radiation simulator and has scored positive results through application.The design is believed to be able to throw light upon similar work of design and research.
