摘要
用微波探针法研究了等离子体密度变化。一般情况下,它除了不对等离子体产生干扰外,还可以对等离子体进行实时监测。本文利用这种方法对电弧风洞等离子体的形成以及不同状态下的密度变化作了观测,并同扫描朗谬探针在相同实验条件下的结果进行了比较。实验结果表明,微波探针是研究特殊环境下等离子体密度变化的一种好方法。
The microwave probe method used in the research of plasma density variation has the advantage of no disturbance and adaptation to real time measure. The paper describes the expriments on the plasma in an are-heated tunnel by means of microwave probe and gives the expriment results of density variation during the formation of plasma and under some other condition. It also compares the results with those obtained by static-electric probe. The paper suggests that the microwave is an excellent tool to probe the density variation especially when used for the plasma which exists under paticular conditions and is difficult to be diagnosed by normal methods.
