摘要
目的:筛选紫草抗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的有效部份。方法:用系统溶媒(石油醚、乙醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙醇、蒸馏水)对紫草依次进行提取,应用荧光定量聚合酶链反应技术(FQ-PCR)对各提取物进行体外抗病毒药效学试验,检测离体尖锐湿疣皮损中HPV-DNA的扩增情况。结果:HPV-DNA经紫草水提物作用后,其PCR扩增检测为阴性,最低有效浓度为0.2 g/mL,而紫草其它提取部份PCR扩增检测为阳性。结论:紫草的水提部份对人乳头瘤毒有破坏作用。
Objective: To screen anti - human papillomavirus (HPV) effective fraction from Lithospermum erythrorhizon. Methods: lithospermum erythrorhizon was extracted with systematic solvents (petroleum benzin, ether, ethyl acetate, n - butanol, ethyl alcohol and distilled water) accordingly. The Fluoresence Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (FQ- PCR) was applied in the vitro pharmacodynamics for the extracts from Lithospermum erythrorhizon. The amplification of HPV - DNA in the lesions of the isolated Condyloma acuminatum. Results: after the water extracts of Lithospermum erythrorhizon was used for HPV - DNA , the PCR amplification showed negative with the minimum effective concertration 0.2g/mL. But the other solvents extracts from Lithospermum erythrorhizon appeared positive. Discussion: the water extracts from Lithospermum erythrorhizon are effective on anti - Human papillomavirus.
