摘要
介绍了基于CAN总线的混合动力汽车整车控制器动力总成硬件在环仿真系统的开发。采用MO-TOROLA的高性能32位芯片MC68376,完成了整车相应的模拟信号和数字信号的产生、转换以及发送和接收;采用LabView软件开发了PC机监控界面;在PC机上完成了发动机平均值模型、电机模型和蓄电池模型的开发。整个开发过程表明,该系统能加快开发周期,节约开发成本。
This paper introduced the design of Hardware-in the-loop(HIL) simulation system of hybrid vehicle powertrain control module based on CAN bus. The system used the chip MC68376 of Motorola finished the signal receiving and transmitting. Developed the interface of control in the computer using the software of LabVIEW Provided a firm foundation for the development of hardware and software of powertrain control module. The engine mean value model, motor model, battery model are developed in PC. The results were given and show that this HIL can save both time and cost.
