摘要
中国正处在转型期,以市场经济为取向的改革开放,带来了市民社会的繁荣和权利、利益多元化。原有单一向度的国家治理模式不能满足时代需求,这要求我们导入现代社会治理理念,进行现代社会治理。经济法以其独特的品质在现代社会治理中发挥着重要的作用。进行现代社会治理也促进了经济法的繁荣和发展。
China is experiencing a period of transformation when the market economy - oriented reform and opening - up has brought prosperity and multiplicity of rights and interests to our society. The previous state governance in one direction has failed to meet the demand of the times, which calls for new social governance ideology so that we can realize modern social governance. Under these circumstances, economic law, with its unique attributes, plays a significant role in social governance, which also promotes the development and prosperity of economic law.
