比较了水葫芦链格孢Ae09菌株在未灭菌和灭菌的水葫芦、茄子、豇豆和大蒜叶片汁液-琼脂平板上的生长状况。结果表明,水葫芦叶片不会比豇豆和茄子提供更多的营养物质供水葫芦链格孢生长,Ae09菌株在未灭菌的水葫芦、茄子、豇豆叶片汁液-琼脂平板上培养8 d后,产生的孢子数分别为3.3×104、4.0×104和4.5×104 cfu/ml,前者比后二者少;在灭菌的水葫芦、茄子、豇豆叶片汁液-琼脂平板上,产生的孢子数分别为2.1×104、5.2×104和5.5×104 cfu/ml,前者仍比后二者少;Ae09菌株在灭菌后的豇豆、茄子和大蒜叶片汁液-琼脂平板上产生的孢子数均比未灭菌的相应平板上的孢子数多,但在未灭菌的水葫芦叶片汁液-琼脂平板上产生的孢子数比在灭菌后的平板上产生的孢子数多,提示水葫芦叶片可能存在能够促进水葫芦链格孢生长的某些物质,但高压灭菌处理会使该物质失去活性,而茄子、豇豆和大蒜叶片不存在这些物质。
The strain Ae09, Alternaria eichhorniae, was cultured on 1.8% aga:r gels, which were mixed with the juices of different leaves from hyacinth, eggplant, cowpea and garlic for 8 days, in order to know the influences of these different juices-agar on the growth of strain Ae09. The results showed that the leaf of hyacinth couldn't supply more nutriment for the growth of the strain than cowpea and eggplant. Conidial count harvested from the un-sterilized hyacinth-agar gel was 3.3 ×10^4cfu/ml, which was less than those from the eggplant-and cowpea-agar gel. Similar results were found on the sterilized hyacinth-, eggplant-and cowpea-agar gels. When the strain Ae09 was cultured on the garlic-, eggplant-or cowpea-agar gel, conidial counts harvested from the sterilized agar were more than those from the un-sterilized agar gels. But on the hyacinth-agar gel, conidial count harvested from the sterilized agar was less than that from the un-sterilized agar gel. The results indicated that special materials were maintained in hyacinth, but not in garlic, eggplant and cowpea. These materials could facilitate the growth of Alternaria eichhorniae. Sterilizing could make the materials lose the function.
