两种根管充填糊剂对犬根尖周组织修复的作用 被引量:1

Effects of the restoration of periapex in dogs using two root canal filling pastes

摘要 目的:采用国产注射型自固化磷酸钙(CPC)与进口注射型氢氧化钙(V itapex)作为根管充填材料,比较根尖周炎动物模型中CPC、V itapex超填后,超填材料的吸收和根尖周组织的修复情况,为临床应用CPC提供理论依据。方法:选用3条健康成年杂种犬上、下颌P2、P3、M1共36个实验牙(共计78个根管),随机分为CPC组、V itapex组及空白对照组。应用CPC、V itapex作为根管充填材料,在人为造成根尖周炎后进行根管充填并使其超充,定期X线摄片,观察比较两种糊剂的吸收、根尖周稀疏区的变化,以及根尖周组织的修复情况。结果:CPC组、V itapex组超填材料均可吸收,根尖周稀疏区缩小,两组材料组织切片显示在根尖孔附近均有新骨形成。CPC组根管内材料出现吸收情况较V itapex组严重。结论:CPC糊剂对根尖周组织无刺激,适量超填可促进根尖周骨缺损修复,超填材料可完全吸收,但同时根管内充填糊剂亦存在吸收,其机制、意义、解决办法有待深入研究。 AIM:To investigate the absorption of root canal overfilling paste and the restoration of periapex by using CPC and Vitapex overfilling root canal in periapical periodontitis modle. METHODS Thirty - six posterior teeth(seventy -eight root canals) in three adult beagle dogs were randomly divided into CPC group, Vitapex group and blank contrast group. Root canals were overfilled with CPC and Vitapex and taken X - ray periodically to compare the difference of absorption of root canals overfilling paste and the change of apical shadow and the restoration of periapex in two pastes. RESULTS: Both in CPC group and Vitapex group the overfilling paste could be absorbed, apical shadow reduced and new bone formed near apex. Absorption amount of CPC in root canals was more severe than the Vitapex. CONCLUSION: Owing to its non - irritation to periapex, CPC could overfill properly and the overfilling paste could restore the periapex and be absorbed. But the paste in the root canal would also be absorbed. Its mechanism and solving method need further study.
