摘要
目的:探讨面部犬咬伤后Ⅰ期清创缝合的可行性。方法:回顾性分析1992年1月-2004年12月我科治疗的面部犬咬伤病例共39例的临床资料,总结治疗经验。结果:39例全部治愈,无1例发生狂犬病。伤口Ⅰ期愈合者35例,住院时间7~19d,平均9.7d。Ⅰ期缝合伤口发生感染者4例,住院时间天数14~21d,平均18d。结论:面部犬咬伤Ⅰ期缝合安全、有效,无并发症。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of primary debridement and suturing to the wounds of dog bite injuries in the facial region. Methods: 39 patients, who suffered from facial dog bite injuries and were underwent primany debridement and suturing in our department from Jan 1992 to Dec 2004, were reviewed retrospectively. Results: All injuries were cured, and no one was suffered from hydrophobia. 35 cases were healed by primary intention, with a residential time of 7~19 d, and 9.7 d on average. 4 cases suffered infection, with residential time of 14~21 d and 18 d on average. Conclusion: The primary suturing of the wounds to facial dog bite injuries is feasible, safe, effective, without complications.
