摘要 传统光学水准仪主要靠人工目视读数,存在精度低、测量速度慢、易受人为影响等问题。为解决这些问题,实现高精度水准测量的自动化,通过利用低功耗、高性能的AVR单片机作为系统的数据处理主控单元,结合光照灵敏度较高的图像传感器和具有汉字显示的图形点阵液晶显示设备,对传统光学水准仪进行数字化改造,设计了硬件电路和软件编程。通过实验测试,改造的样机整体性能较好,千米回程水准测量标准偏差为0.55 mm,达到二等水准仪的等级。 Less accuracy, lower speed and easy to be influenced by individuals are characteristic of the traditional optical level, on which the measured data are read by human eyes mainly. To solve these problems and to realize the automation of highly accurate leveling, using AVR MCU, a single -chip microcomputer with low power consumption and high performance, as the system's main control unit to process data, combining the image sensor with high sensitive illumination and geometric matrix liquid crystal display equipment, which can display Chinese characters, the traditional optical level has been digitally transformed and the hardwired connection and software programming have been designed. And after experiments and tests, the precision of leveling has been improved. The sample digital level is found to function well after the experimental test. The standard deviation of a - thousand - meter return journey is 0.55 mm, which reaches the standard of second - degree digital level.
