摘要
本试验以压块苜蓿为原料,通过不同的料液比、浸泡时间、加热温度和pH值等处理方法提取苜蓿叶蛋白,以寻求最佳的提取方法。同时,用酶法(纤维素酶)对细胞进行破壁,并对酶法提取叶蛋白效果进行了初步的研究。
Compacted alfalfa was used in this experiment as yaw material for extracting protein by different methods and parameters such as moisture addition, sock time, heating time and PH value were investigated to find the optimum technique and additions of extracting alfalfa leaf protein. At the same time, using enzyme (cellulose enzyme) destroy cell wall,preparatory study on extracling leaf protein by enzyme was conducted.
