摘要
通过简化工艺,研制出了一套具有自动化程度高、操作稳定性好、人机操作界面方便、动态模拟、在线显示等特点的超滤膜分离设备,并利用所研制的超滤膜分离设备,根据超滤膜分离的机理,将优化控制技术应用于超滤膜分离生产过程中,利用该技术控制设备的主要参数(压力、流量、温度)来提高超滤膜分离的速度,减小能耗,增加原料的利用率,得到最大利润。所研制的设备用于分离南瓜多糖溶液,以最优解(0.25MPa,625mL/min,40℃)为生产参数进行生产,可使平均利润提高约9.2%。
By simplifying process, an ultra filtration membrane separatedmachine is developed, which has many characters, such as high-lavel automation, good operation stability, convenient human-machine operation interface, dynamic simulation function, state on-line display function and so on. According to the principle of separation by ultra filtration membrane, the machine is researched in which optimization control technique is used for processing separation by ultra filtration membrane, in order to raise the speed of separation by ultra filtration, decrease energy consume, increase utilization of material and obtain the largest profits by controlling main parameters (pressure, flux, temperature) in the separation process. The machine is used in separation processing for cushaw amylose solution. Average profits are increased 9.2 percents when operates undor the best condition(0. 25 MPa,625 mL/min,40℃ )to produce.
