摘要
LTB245E1型断路器为北京ABB公司生产的220kVSF6断路器,该型断路器配BLK222型盘簧(也称卷簧)操动机构。通过对该型断路器辅助开关轴断裂原因的分析发现,辅助开关轴的断裂仅仅是表面现象,其深层原因是合闸时偶尔发生“合闸保持不住”的现象。这种情况一般不认为是断路器的问题,如果元器件不损坏不会进行处理,致使带着隐患运行。此次事故的进一步分析结果表明,“合闸保持不住”的原因是合闸缓冲不良。该问题对LTB245E1型断路器来说应该具有普遍性。
LTB245E1 breaker with the BLK222 discal spring operational mechanism is ABB (Beijing)'s product. The reason of the shaft fracture of the auxiliary switch in a LTB245E1 breaker was analyzed. The analysis showed that the shaft fracture was just a superficial phenomenon and the deep-seated cause was that closing position could not be kept occasionally when the switch was closed. In general, the breaker is not considered to be with problem when the phenomenon happens. If the organ was not damaged this time, the breaker would keep running with hidden trouble. By a further analysis, it is considered that the cause of not keeping the closing position is the closing-cushion badness, which is common among LTB245E1 breakers. The suggestions were provided to solve the problem.
