煤粉性质和燃烧环境对锅炉的燃烧过程起着重要的影响。燃料的着火和燃烧环境是造成锅炉燃烧不稳定以及故障的最主要因素,对锅炉的是否安全经济运行有着重要影响。燃烧的稳定性是锅炉安全运行的基本要求,本文就燃烧的稳定性方面从煤粉和燃烧环境出发,对影响锅炉安全性典型因素进行了详细的分析。
Coal powder and combustion condition play an important role in the process of the steady combustion of boiler. The ignition and steady combustion of fuel and combustion condition are the key factors to the combustion stability and fault of boiler, which determine the security and economy of boiler. In consideration of coal powder and combustion condition, the article detailedly analyses the representative factors affecting boiler reliability.
