摘要
研究了Y型气流式喷嘴对氯化聚氯化烯(CPVC)氯化液的雾化性能。实验结果显示:粒径的累积体积服从R osin-R amm ler分布;当氯化液质量流量一定时,滴径随蒸汽质量流量的1.346次方单调减小;蒸汽质量流量一定时,滴径随液体质量流量的0.371次方单调增加。通过对雾化过程影响因素的分析,采用三参数经验方程对实验数据进行了关联,计算结果与实验值最大相对误差为12.8%,平均相对误差为3.93%。
The atomization property of chlorination The results show that drop size distribution agrees well liquid by Y-type airblast nozzle was investigated. with Rosin-Rammler distribution. When the flow rate of chlorination liquid is fixed,the sauter mean diameter (SMD) decreases with the increasing of the 1. 346th power of water vapor flow rate (G,), or expressed by symbol: SMD∝Gn^1.346. When the flow rate of water vapor is fixed,the SMD increases with the increasing of the 0. 371th power of the flow rate of chlorination liquid (GL), or expressed by symbol: SMD∝Gn^0.371. The factors which influence on the airblast atomization process were discussed, and the experimental data were correlated with an empirical formula of three parameters for calculating SMD, the maximum relative error between calculated values and experimental data is 12.8%, while average relative error is 3.93%.
