摘要 利用不同发动机故障症状引起不同的缸内压力的特点,划分了几种发动机气缸不同的工作状态。同时,在自行研制的实时转速波动监测系统的基础上,对SY492Q-4型汽油机进行了循环内转速波动样本指标的测试,运用模糊聚类故障诊断的方法对多缸故障的症状进行了有效的识别。结果表明。 According to different combustion faults leading to different pressures in gasoline engine, a new method of diagnosing in-cylinder combustion exception with intra-cycle speed fluctuation and fuzzy cluster theory was developed in this paper. And a self-researched condition monitor was used to acquire on-line test data of intra-cycle speed fluctuation according to which reconstructed its combusting pressures. Experiments in gasoline engine SY492Q-4 have showed that fault diagnosis by fuzzy cluster theory is reliable within the range 2000rpm of rotation speed.
