摘要
生态餐厅是现代设施农业和绿色餐饮的完美结合,它利用温室工程、景观设计、种植技术来营造出一种优美的生态自然景观环境,是以人为本、餐饮为主、环境为辅的大型温室类建筑。为此,以各种降温系统进行的实验结果为基础,开发了具有综合性、高效率、低能耗、低成本和舒适性特点的降温系统,并提出了合理的运行管理方法。
Eco-restaurant is a perfect combination of modern facility agriculture and green restaurant model. Used of the technology of greenhouse engineering, sight design, and plant technology, eco-restaurant can make a humanness condition to repast. Based on the examination results, a comprehensive, efficient, low-cost, save-energy and comfortable cooling model is searched out, and more reasonable management model of the eco-restaurant is proposed.
