摘要
介绍了一种基于MCS-51系列单片机的联合收割机脱粒滚筒转速自动监控系统的设计。在联合收割机工作过程中,该系统应用传感器实现了对喂入量、谷物含水率和滚筒转速进行及时采集,并进行智能处理,以喂入量和谷物含水率作为控制量,自动控制滚筒转速,从而提高了联合收割机的工作效率和可靠性;简述了滚筒转速监控系统的基本工作原理、硬件系统及软件编程思路。
This paper introduced the Design for an auto-controlling system of threshing-cylinder for combine harvester based on the MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer. The system can ,collect the Grain Feed Quantity, Grain Moisture Content and Revolution Speed of threshing-cylinder immediately, disposal the data intelligential and control Revolution Speed of threshing-cylinder automatically. It improves the efficiency and dependability of combine harvester. It gives a sketch of its operating principle, hardware system and software programming methods.
