摘要
针对旋风除尘器结构尺寸传统设计方法存在的不足,以前人的理论及研究成果为基础,对设计方法加以改进和扩充。以VC++为工具,利用优化设计的思想改进了矩形入口旋风除尘器结构尺寸的设计,并通过实验验证了该优化设计方法的可靠性,为旋风除尘器的设计及其性能评估提供了一种省时、节能和有效的方法。
In allusion to deficiencies in traditional design methods of configuration size of cyclone separator, the design of configuration sizes of cyclone separator whose entrance is a rectangle has been improved through using optimum design and VC++, which is based on theories and productions of former pursuers. Reliability of the optimum design method was testified by experiments. Which will provide a economizing time, economizing energies and effective method for the design and capability evaluation of cyclone separator.
