摘要
为了提高紫外线消毒器的杀菌效果和杀菌均匀性,利用fluent软件模拟紫外线消毒器内的流线和辐射剂量分布,并由此设计了湍流式紫外线消毒器。模拟结果表明:改进后的湍流式紫外线辐射剂量最小值从41.57J/m2增大到262.36J/m2,最大值从2071.09J/m2减小到1094.36J/m2;紫外线辐射剂量比改进前集中,有助于改善杀菌均匀性,提高杀菌效果。
In order to improve the disinfect efficiency, the flow inside the ultraviolet reactor and the effect of ultraviolet disinfect epiphyte was investigated, using computational fluid dynamic software package (Fluent). Compared the disinfect effect before and after improvement, after the improvement the least radiation dose augmented from 41.57J/m^2 to 262.36J/m^2; and the most minished from 2071.09J/m^2 to 1094.36J/m^2. It was concluded that after the improvement the distribution of radiation dose was more centralized.
