摘要
目的建立HPLC外标法测定复方白癍风搽荆中丙酸氯倍他索含量的方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱，0．05mmol／L磷酸二氢钠溶渡（用85％磷酸溶液调节pH值至2．5）-乙腈，甲醇（425：475：100）为流动相。流速1.00ml／min，检测波长240nm。结果丙酸氯倍他索进样量在0．5775-4．6125μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0.9999），方法平均回收率为98．6％，RSD为0．35％。结论该法准确、灵敏、稳定、重现性好，可作为复方白癜风搽剂中丙酸氯倍他索的测定。
Objective A HPLC method for determination of clobetasol propionate ＇in Fufang Baidianfeng liniment was established. Methods A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.05 mmol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate solution（adjusted to pH 2.5 with 85% phosphoric acid solution）-acetonitrile-methanol（425 ： 475 ： 100）,at the detection wavelength of 240 nm. Results The standard curve for clobetasol propionate was linear within the ranges of 0. 5775-4. 6125 μg（r=0. 9999）. The flow rate was 1. 0ml/min. The average recovery was 98. 6% with RSD of 0.35 %. Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive and steady and can be applied in determination of elobetasol propionate in Fufang Baidianfeng Liniment.
