摘要
以光滑球拟酵母(Torulopsis glabrata)TP19为出发菌,经过UV和DES复合诱变选育出一株不利用丙酮酸的高产菌(TP204)。其摇瓶发酵产酸量和产酸率分别比原菌增加了26.4%和26.5%。在5 L罐上的产酸量和产酸率分别是70.23 g.L-1和64.6%,比原菌增加了5.7%和5.3%。
Torulopsis glabrata strain TP19 was used as starting strain an unused pyruvic acid of high pyruvic acid producing strain (TP204)was breed by UV-DES complication mutation. The sain (TP204) produced concentration of pyruvic acid and yield were increased by 26.4% and 26.5% than the wild strain in flask culture, respectively. Batch culture was conducted in a 5 L fermentor, The concentration and yield reached to 70.23 g·L^-1 and 64.6% ,which were increased by 5.7% and 5.3% than the starting strain respectively.
