摘要
为解决特高压电网的运行调节中的困难,提出了一种电磁式特高压统一潮流控制器的结构和工作原理,其由360°移相变压器和并联可控电抗器组成。移相变压器由普通有载调压开关控制,可以实现离散的360°移相串联电压控制。与现有基于电力电子开关的统一潮流控制器相比,电磁式统一潮流控制器在保持有功与无功潮流独立灵活控制优点的同时,损耗低,无电磁兼容问题,并且兼有过电压和潜供电流限制的功能。360°移相变压器结构简单,每相仅需2个二次移相绕组,造价低、可靠性高、易于实现。
A novel Ultra-high Voltage Unified Power Flow Controller of Electromagnetic Type (UPFCEM) is proposed in this paper. The proposed UPFCEM is composed of 360 degree phase-shifting transformer and shunt controlled reactor. The phase-shifting transformer is controlled via conventional on load tape changer, which can realize discrete voltage phase shifting control within 360. The principle and configuration of UPFCEM are discussed. Compared to UPFC based on power electronic switches, the proposed UPFCEM not only has the capability of independent active and reactive power flow control, but also performs the function of over-voltage suppression and secondary current compensation. It is cheaper, more reliable, free from electromagnetic interference problem, and with much lower power loss.
