摘要
为克服两相厌氧反应器启动时间长的缺点,采用填料好氧预挂膜(10h)的方法来加快两相厌氧反应器的启动速度,小试试验结果表明:以高浓度难降解中药废水为底物、好氧污泥为种泥,13d就完成快速启动.这个启动速度比接种普通污泥快4~6倍(8-12周),与接种成熟厌氧颗粒污泥持平(一般2~3周,个别的一周之内快速启动).启动后产酸相(CSTR)出水VFA含量逐步提高,pH在4.35~4.71;产甲烷相(UAS.BAF)出水VFA在启动10d后下降至500mg/L以下,pH在7.21-7.85;UASBAF出水比填料区前出水的各项挥发酸指标都低,这证明填料的好氧预挂膜效果良好,从而加快了反应器的启动速度.研究还提出了“好氧活性污泥培养——污泥沉淀浓缩——喷淋预挂膜”的填料好氧预挂膜技术方案,该方法有助于两相厌氧工艺在中国废水处理领域的实际应用.
In order to accelerate start-up velocity of two-phase anaerobic process, aerobic precoating treatment (10 h) was used in this laboratory-scale experiment. The result demonstrated that rapid start-up could be completed within 13 d, with the high strength refractory traditional Chinese medicine wastewater as substrate and aerobic sludge as seed sludge. This start-up velocity was about four or six times higher than the general sludge (8 - 12 weeks) and the same as mature granular anaerobic sludge ( generally 2 - 3 weeks, sometimes within l weeks). Effluent volatile fatty acids (VFA) of CSTR(Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor) increased gradually and pH was between 4.35 -4.71 after start - up. Effluent VFA of UASBAF( Up - flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed and Anaerobic Filter) decreased to 500 mg/L after start-up 10 d and pH was between 7. 21 -7. 85. Effluent VFA of UASBAF was lower than the effluent before filler area, which proved the aerobic pre- coating treatment had a good effect and accelerated the start-up velocity of reactor. The precoating process of "aerobic active sludge accumulation sludge sedimentation and concentration--sludge spraying and precoating" was put forward, which was useful for the application of two - phase anaerobic process in wastewater treatment in China.
