摘要
在含岛型腔粗加工过程中必须考虑为岛的上平面等关键层保留一定的精加工余量.在分析了粗铣加工中各参数之间的关系后,引进优化参数ω,建立了切削时间和切除金属体积的多目标优化数学模型.采用切削层优化合并算法和考虑关键层约束的多步长选优法,确定了较好的刀具组合和步长.实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.
For pocket with islands, certain allowance for finish milling of key layers such as the top of islands should be ensured. After analyzing the relationship among those parameters in the rough milling, the mathematic model of the multi - objective optimization with cutting time and removal volume was built by an optimizing parameter to. Using the cutting layers' optimal combination algorithm and the multi - depth per cut optimization considering the constraint of key layers, the corresponding cutter set and depth per cut was determined. The case study showed the method was feasibility and validity.
