摘要
实验分析了影响水射流路面清洗的参数及其影响趋势,并建立了清洗率的模糊预测方法.使用了基因算法,对清洗过程中的清洗压力、清洗距离、移动速度和喷嘴角度进行优化,建立了相应的多目标优化模型.通过基因算法的优化,分析了不同权重下清洗效果、生产率、能量及水量消耗的优化结果.
The parameters of affecting street surface cleaning were studied through a series of experiments, and a cleaning rate predicting model was built using fuzzy theory. A genetic algorithm was used to optimize cleaning parameters of pressure, standoff distance, traverse rate and angle of nozzles, and a multi - objective optimization model was built. Through GA optimization, the optimized objects of cleaning effectiveness, production rate, and energy and water consumption were analyzed in different weighting factors.
