摘要
全球化时代,企业社会责任日益受到关注。中国企业强化社会责任既是应对国际竞争、融入国际市场的需要,也是提高竞争力和发展质量的需要。本文构建了企业社会责任层次结构模型,认为企业社会责任的履行具有扩展性。运用logistic模型从资源竞争角度解释了企业履行社会责任的动因:获取更多的竞争要素,追求长期经济利益和成长。
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been paid more and more attention in economic globalization. Reinforcing CSR in China is the need to compete and participate in international market, and improve the competence and developing quality. The paper formulates the hierarchic structure of CSR, and believes that fulfillment of CSR has expansibility. And then, the cause of CSR is interpreted based on the logistic model from the perspective of competitive elements. It emphasizes that the cause of CSR mainly lies in economic benefits and growth for winning more competitive elements.
