摘要
采用问卷调查、文献资料调研和数理统计等方法,对广东省2112名大学生身体运动认知、动机和体育参与实况进行研究。结果表明:大学生体育参与总体上达到“一般”水平,认知方面达到“良好”以上水平,动机达到“一般”以上的较好水平,均存在某种程度的因素主效应和交互作用影响;身体运动认知、动机对体育参与均具有重要的贡献作用,呈低度正相关;大学生在体育参与方面存在“知”而不“行”,“意”而不“行”的现象。
The 2112 of college student are studied on participation, cognition and motivation in PE by using the method of questionnaire, documentary and mathematical statistics. The result showed that college student's participation in P.E. gets to average, cognition of physical movement gets to above average, motivation of physical movement gets to good level as the whole ; There have some degrees affection of main effect and interaction among them ; There take on slow positive correlation among them ; Participation in PE of college student have some phenomenon of cognition - motivation conflict.
