摘要
用荧光光谱法研究了环糊精对丹参酮ⅡA的包合反应,文中分别考察了环糊精种类、酸度等对包结物荧光的影响。结果表明,甲基-β-CD、羟乙基-β-CD、羟丙基-β-CD和葡萄糖基-β-CD均可以与丹参酮ⅡA发生1∶1的包合反应,包合的结果使得丹参酮ⅡA的荧光光谱蓝移、荧光增强。四种环糊精中,以羟乙基-β-CD的包合效果最好。
The inclusion reaction of TSS Ⅱ A with CD were studied using fluorometry. The influences of kind of CD and medium acidity on the fluorescence property of the complex were investigated. The results indicated that ME -β- CD, HE -β- CD, HP -β- CD, GL - β - CD can react with TSS Ⅱ A with a 1 : 1 stoichiometry, which resulted in the blue - shift of fluores- cence of wavelength and the obviously increasing of fluorescence. Among four kinds of CD, the inclusion complex of TSS Ⅱ A with HE - β - CD is most stability.
