摘要
为了改进用于计算机辅助诊断的心电信号处理中QRS组波检测速度以及实现心电信号的精确重构,本文提出利用第二代小波变换即提升格式对心电信号进行处理的方法。采用双正交样条小波滤波器,与此同时,给出提升方案。为了验证方法的实效性,对美国M IT-B IT数据库中的几组心电信号进行了初步的处理与试验分析,结果表明该方法不仅改善了检测速度和重构的精确性,同时也为心电信号的压缩处理提供了方便。
For speeding up the detection of QRS complex and reconstructing the ECG signal used in the process of ECG for computer aided diagnosis, the second generation wavelet transform method, called the lifting scheme is presented, to deal with the ECG. The biorthogonal spline wavelet filter bank is adopted and the lifting scheme is given at the same time. To validate the actual effect of the method, several cases of the American MIT-BIH ECG signal database are analyzed, Results show that the method can improve the detection of QRS complex and the reconstructing of the ECG signal, and provide convenient to the compression of the ECG signal.
