摘要
由中交一航局施工的长江口深水航道治理二期工程北导堤NⅡB标段和NIIC-2标段的主要结构为全封闭半圆型沉箱。采用该种结构的堤身设计轴线总长度10 880 m,共使用单个长度为19.94 m的半圆型钢筋混凝土沉箱544个,沉箱单个质量约1 200 t,分4种规格。根据半圆型沉箱结构特点,半圆型沉箱的预制采用水平分层的施工方法,分三层四次浇筑。沉箱在预制台座上预制完成后,通过千斤顶组顶升,步行式液压顶推系统顶推,纵横移车运移,斜架车溜放,将沉箱从预制场出运下水。
The main structure of the north dike in the Yangtze Estuary Deepwater Channel Regulation Project Phase Ⅱ NIIB and NIIC-2 sections, which is completed by the FNEB, is semi-circular caissons.
